As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may attach a Water Energy card from your hand to 1 of your Pokémon. Put 1 damage counter on that Pokémon. This power can't be used if Blastoise ex is affected by a Special Condition.

    Retreat cost 3. Once it is out front, it stays there. Pack something that moves it another way, or you will burn whole turns discarding Energy.

    None of the 3,810 tournament lists we have read runs it. That does not make it a bad card — it means we have not seen it on a table yet.

    It is an ex card. The turn it goes down your opponent takes 2 Prizes instead of one, and games do turn on exactly that.

    Weakness Lightning ×2. Against a Lightning Pokémon, apply that to the damage it takes — it climbs fast. Of the 3,810 tournament lists we have read, 336 run at least one Pokémon of that type.
