What this site is
poko.cards is published by KAWLET, a company based in Lille, France. It provides a Pokémon card catalogue, market observations, guides, deck lists and tournament results.
These terms govern use of the site.
Your account
Most of the site can be read without an account. Your account keeps your profile and preferences.
Your e-mail address must be accurate. Keep access to your account personal.
You can close your account whenever you like, from your settings. We can close yours if it is used for something these rules forbid, and we tell you why.
What the numbers on the site mean
Market observations describe listings at a stated date and within a stated scope. They do not guarantee completed transactions or future prices.
Our guides, set equivalences and calendars are written with care, and they can be wrong. Check before basing an expensive purchase on them, and write to us when you spot a mistake.
What is ours, and what is not
Our texts, our guides, our price readings and the way this site is built belong to us. You may read them, quote them and share them by saying where they come from.
The cards, their artwork, their names and the Pokémon universe belong to The Pokémon Company and its rights holders. We are not affiliated with them in any way, and nothing here is endorsed or sponsored by them.
What you may not do with it
Scrape the catalogue, resell our price readings, or run a program that hammers the site. A curious reader is welcome, a robot draining the database is not.
Work around our protections, hunt for holes, or pass yourself off as someone else.
When the site does not answer
We run this site as well as we can, without promising it will be there around the clock. An update, an outage at a supplier, an incident: it happens.
Your data
The Privacy page says it all: what we keep, for how long, and how you have it erased.
If these rules change, and how to reach us
We may revise them, and the update date is at the top of this page. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept it.
