Its Ability

Time SkipPetit bond temporel

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may have your opponent flip 2 coins. If both of them are heads, your turn ends. If both of them are tails, after your opponent draws a card at the beginning of his or her next turn, his or her turn ends. This power can't be used if Dialga is affected by a Special Condition.

What to make of it

Have a look at what it does well, then at what will get in your way. After that you'll know whether it belongs in your deck.

  1. A strength

It has an Ability, Time Skip. An Ability costs you no attack, so you can use it and still swing the same turn.

  2. Keep in mind

None of the 5,799 tournament lists we have read runs it. That does not make it a bad card — it means we have not seen it on a table yet.

  3. Keep in mind

Weakness Fire ×2. Against a Fire Pokémon, apply that to the damage it takes — it climbs fast. Of the 5,799 tournament lists we have read, 1,356 run at least one Pokémon of that type.

Who plays it

None of the tournament lists we have read mentions this card. That happens with a card that has just come out, or one players have not tried yet.

The other cards of this Pokémon

Two cards of the same Pokémon can be worth wildly different amounts — it depends on the set, the rarity and the artwork. We put all 45 Dialga cards on one page, priciest first.
