What to make of it

Have a look at what it does well, then at what will get in your way. After that you'll know whether it belongs in your deck.

A strength
Giga Burn hits for 120 on 3 Energy. Nothing in Legends Awakened hits harder for that price.
A strength
It has an Ability, Psybarrier. An Ability costs you no attack, so you can use it and still swing the same turn.
Keep in mind
None of the 8,067 tournament lists we have read runs it. That does not make it a bad card — it means we have not seen it on a table yet.
Keep in mind
Weakness Psychic ×2. Against a Psychic Pokémon, apply that to the damage it takes — it climbs fast. Of the 8,067 tournament lists we have read, 4,755 run at least one Pokémon of that type.
