Its attacks

Spacial Rend

Search your deck for a Stadium card, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. If there is any Stadium card in play, discard it.

Transback

You may flip a coin. If heads, discard all Energy attached to Palkia and put the Defending Pokémon and all cards attached to it on top of your opponent's deck. Your opponent shuffles his or her deck afterward.

What to make of it

Have a look at what it does well, then at what will get in your way. After that you'll know whether it belongs in your deck.

A strength
It is a Basic Pokémon. You can put it down on your very first turn, with nothing to evolve through.
Keep in mind
None of the 8,092 tournament lists we have read runs it. That does not make it a bad card — it means we have not seen it on a table yet.
Keep in mind
Weakness Lightning +20. Against a Lightning Pokémon, apply that to the damage it takes — it climbs fast. Of the 8,092 tournament lists we have read, 674 run at least one Pokémon of that type.
