Its Ability

Kind Egg

Once during your turn (before your attack), if Happiny is anywhere under Blissey, you may choose a number of cards in your hand up to the amount of Energy attached to Blissey and put those cards on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward. Then, draw that many cards. This power can't be used if Blissey is affected by a Special Condition.

Its attacks

Happy Chance

20+

Does 20 damage plus 10 more damage for each Energy attached to Blissey. Before doing damage, you may search your discard pile for a basic Energy card and attach it to Blissey.

What to make of it

Have a look at what it does well, then at what will get in your way. After that you'll know whether it belongs in your deck.

  1. A strength

130 HP. Only 2 cards in Mysterious Treasures carry more.

  2. A strength

It has an Ability, Kind Egg. An Ability costs you no attack, so you can use it and still swing the same turn.

  3. Keep in mind

Retreat cost 3. Once it is out front, it stays there. Pack something that moves it another way, or you will burn whole turns discarding Energy.

  4. Keep in mind

None of the 5,466 tournament lists we have read runs it. That does not make it a bad card — it means we have not seen it on a table yet.

  5. Keep in mind

Weakness Fighting +30. Against a Fighting Pokémon, apply that to the damage it takes — it climbs fast. Of the 5,466 tournament lists we have read, 1,227 run at least one Pokémon of that type.

Who plays it

None of the tournament lists we have read mentions this card. That happens with a card that has just come out, or one players have not tried yet.
