pokoPLUS terms

What you buy, what you pay, and how you stop whenever you want to.

Version of 13 October 2026.

What you buy

pokoPLUS is a subscription to our market readings on poko.cards, tied to your account. On top of what your free account already reads, it opens:

  • Listings gone for good, at what price and how long they took
  • Price and collection alerts, in one morning email at most
  • Every list of the Pokémon card market, to the end and with every setting
  • Indexes by Pokémon and by illustrator
  • Every list of the sealed market, to the end and with every setting
  • Sealed indexes, by product type and by set
  • How your collection’s value moved, with its curve
  • What you’d get back selling your collection at today’s price, after Cardmarket’s commission

Our readings describe asking prices on Cardmarket, which we record and date. They are neither buying advice nor a price promise: nobody knows what a card will be worth tomorrow. Raw listings are never part of what we sell, by export or any other way.

The price

The subscription costs €9.90 a month, or €99 a year. The price shown when you pay is the one that applies. This price includes French VAT at 20%, itemised on your invoice.

Renewal

The subscription is paid in advance, for a month or a year depending on your plan. It renews on its own at the end of each period, and your card is charged that day. Stripe emails you the receipt.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from “My subscription” in your account, with no fee and no reason needed. Your access runs until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and nothing more is charged after that.

No refunds, for the current period or any part of it.

Right of withdrawal

For an online purchase, the law normally gives you fourteen days to withdraw. pokoPLUS opens as soon as you pay. Before paying, you tick a box asking for immediate access to pokoPLUS and acknowledging that you thereby lose your fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Stripe’s receipt confirms your payment by email.

If a payment fails

If your card declines a payment, your access stops right away. What you’ve already paid for stays open to the end: a declined switch to yearly doesn’t cut the current month. Access opens again as soon as a payment goes through, once you’ve updated your card in “My subscription”.

Your data

Stripe keeps your payment details. We keep your Stripe customer ID, the state of your subscription and the time you ticked the box before paying.
