The little symbol next to a card's name is its rarity, the one printed along the bottom edge: a circle for a common, a diamond for an uncommon, a star for a rare. Two or three stars, and the card gets hard to pull out of a pack. When there is no symbol at all, it means we have not read its rarity — not that the card is ordinary.

“Still in tournaments” means at least one card from that set can be put on a Standard table today. Everything else has rotated out. You keep those cards and they are still worth something — often far more than a new one, look at Aquapolis — but you do not bring them to a tournament any more.

Some sets carry an “English name” note: the publisher never published a name for them in your language, so we keep the one printed on the box. Plenty of others simply have the same name everywhere — “Neo Destiny” was never translated, and that is its name here too.
