You can play only one Supporter card each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokémon. When your turn ends, discard this card. Search your deck for a card that evolves from your Active Pokémon (choose 1 if there are 2) and put it on your Active Pokémon. (This counts as evolving that Pokémon.) Shuffle your deck afterward.

What to make of it

Have a look at what it does well, then at what will get in your way. After that you'll know whether it belongs in your deck.

A strength
No Weakness printed on the card. Nothing doubles up the damage it takes.
Keep in mind
None of the 7,516 tournament lists we have read runs it. That does not make it a bad card — it means we have not seen it on a table yet.
