Its attacks

Turbo Energize

Search your deck for 2 basic Energy cards and attach them to your Benched Pokémon in any way you like. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Intensifying Burn

If the Defending Pokémon is a Pokémon-EX, this attack does 50 more damage.

What to make of it

Have a look at what it does well, then at what will get in your way. After that you'll know whether it belongs in your deck.

A strength
Retreat cost 1. One Energy to discard and it is back on the Bench, which matters a lot on the turn you need to swap attackers.
Keep in mind
None of the 7,440 tournament lists we have read runs it. That does not make it a bad card — it means we have not seen it on a table yet.
Keep in mind
It is an ex card. The turn it goes down your opponent takes 2 Prizes instead of one, and games do turn on exactly that.
Keep in mind
Weakness Water ×2. Against a Water Pokémon, apply that to the damage it takes — it climbs fast. Of the 7,440 tournament lists we have read, 3,001 run at least one Pokémon of that type.

Who plays it

None of the tournament lists we have read mentions this card. That happens with a card that has just come out, or one players have not tried yet.

The other cards of this Pokémon

Two cards of the same Pokémon can be worth wildly different amounts — it depends on the set, the rarity and the artwork. We put all 38 Victini cards on one page, priciest first.
