Tornadus-EX has appeared in several sets: Dark Explorers (DEX 90) and BW Black Star Promos (BWP BW96). It is the same card every time — it plays the same, only the artwork and the price change. Here is what it does once it is on the table.
The market for this printing
Near Mint: only very few, tiny white marks on the edges or corners are allowed. The surface must be clean, with no scratches or visible clouding from wear. Creases or significant wear rule out this grade. Never having been played does not, by itself, make a card NM.
