What to make of it

Have a look at what it does well, then at what will get in your way. After that you'll know whether it belongs in your deck.

A strength
170 HP. Only 4 cards in Dragons Exalted carry more.
A strength
Retreat cost 1. One Energy to discard and it is back on the Bench, which matters a lot on the turn you need to swap attackers.
Keep in mind
None of the 7,517 tournament lists we have read runs it. That does not make it a bad card — it means we have not seen it on a table yet.
Keep in mind
It is an ex card. The turn it goes down your opponent takes 2 Prizes instead of one, and games do turn on exactly that.
Keep in mind
Weakness Dragon ×2. Against a Dragon Pokémon, apply that to the damage it takes — it climbs fast. Of the 7,517 tournament lists we have read, 1,535 run at least one Pokémon of that type.
