Its Ability

Its attacks

Attack Command

Does 10 damage times the number of Pokémon in play (both yours and your opponent's).

What to make of it

Have a look at what it does well, then at what will get in your way. After that you'll know whether it belongs in your deck.

A strength
It has an Ability, Diving Draw. An Ability costs you no attack, so you can use it and still swing the same turn.
Keep in mind
None of the 8,092 tournament lists we have read runs it. That does not make it a bad card — it means we have not seen it on a table yet.
Keep in mind
It is a Stage 2. You have to come through Prinplup to get here, or find a Rare Candy to skip the middle step.
Keep in mind
Weakness Lightning ×2. Against a Lightning Pokémon, apply that to the damage it takes — it climbs fast. Of the 8,092 tournament lists we have read, 674 run at least one Pokémon of that type.
