WHAT IT HAS GOING FOR IT
- 110 HP. Only 1 cards in POP Series 4 carry more.
- Retreat cost 1. One Energy to discard and it is back on the Bench, which matters a lot on the turn you need to swap attackers.
- Fastwave hits for 50 on 3 Energy. Nothing in POP Series 4 hits harder for that price.
- It has an Ability, Form Change. An Ability costs you no attack, so you can use it and still swing the same turn.
- It is a Basic Pokémon. You can put it down on your very first turn, with nothing to evolve through.
WHAT TO WATCH OUT FOR
